BASIX (Energy Efficiency) works. This means a new rainwater tank, hot water system and insulation.

Floor drains for bathroom cut-in and piped to existing system.

The bathroom tiling, fitting and waterproofing is next.

Step 5
The electrical work can be routed through the converted garage.

Step 6
The kitchen is installed. This must include a smoke alarm hard-wired to the electrical system.

Step 7
Internal linings and floor coverings can now be installed.

Step 8
All finishes, including painting can now be completed.

A termite barrier must be installed to the perimeter of the structure and certificate issued.
